strange how certain songs can bring up so many memories of events and phases of life, eh?
sometimes all those memories hit me like violent waves crashing on the sand when i hear a song ... :)

My sister just came back from a homestay programme under Yayasan Tun Abd Razak. My plan is to join next year's visiting team. The stories she brought back were awesome, she told me about kanji, katana, students' project weaving silk thread etc. I have always been curious to know what it's like to be so close to a nation of perfectionists.

jun: yes, songs have this power. my childhood must have been quite a happy one since 80s music never fails to perk me up ;) (Wanna go 80s music clubbing one of these days?)

maine: Homestay program? Yayasan Tun Abd Razak? Visiting team? Hell I wanna go on one of these visits too! How do I apply? Where do I sign?
Nation of perfectionists? Just come over here and you'll soon conclude that in Japan there are Japanese, and then there are Japanese...
